PalmBay Limited was first established in Taiwan as a fabric manufacturer and slowly added items such as robes and slippers to its product lists.

In 1993, PalmBay Limited opened an office in New York City.
Aside from offering a whole range of bathrobes and slippers it added a full line of disposable non-woven products that are
highly demanded by spas and salons. Many of PalmBay Limited's products can also be customized as OEM products per clients' requirements.
